A new, more durable flooring system was installed, better suited to the demands of the property.

The home was successfully renovated and prepared for use as a tourist accommodation.

Cleaning work was carried out, the surface was properly prepared, and a technical coating system was applied to protect the exterior of the building.

The structure contained uralite materials that required treatment to prevent risks and deterioration of the roof.

A safe encapsulation process was carried out using a specific system, in collaboration with a certified company and following the appropriate technical protocols.

The roof was safely treated, extending its durability and reducing the risks associated with this type of material.

The land had uncontrolled vegetation and outdoor areas that were unused and not integrated with the property.

Intervention

Cleaning work was carried out, the land was reorganized, and the space was adapted to improve its functionality.
