Restaurant Interior Adaptation
Problem
The interior space required improvements to adapt it for its new use as a restaurant within the Living Galicia Beach project.
Intervention
Work included flooring installation, surface improvements and the general preparation of the interior space.
Result
The premises were successfully prepared to operate as a restaurant within the Living Galicia Beach tourism project.
Tourist Rental Property Floating floor installation
Problem
The existing flooring consisted of worn, outdated ceramic tiles, whose replacement would require a more complex intervention, significantly increasing both cost and execution time.
Intervention
A new, more durable flooring system was installed, better suited to the demands of the property.
Result
The home was successfully renovated and prepared for use as a tourist accommodation.
Facada protection and renovation
Problem
The facade showed signs of wear, stains and deterioration due to continuous exposure to humidity and external elements.
Intervention
Cleaning work was carried out, the surface was properly prepared, and a technical coating system was applied to protect the exterior of the building.
Result
The facade regained a renewed appearance and was protected against moisture, water infiltration and external deterioration.
Asbestos (Uralite) encapsulation
Problem
The structure contained uralite materials that required treatment to prevent risks and deterioration of the roof.
Intervention
A safe encapsulation process was carried out using a specific system, in collaboration with a certified company and following the appropriate technical protocols.
Result
The roof was safely treated, extending its durability and reducing the risks associated with this type of material.
Improvement and reorganisation of outdoors spaces
Problem
The land had uncontrolled vegetation and outdoor areas that were unused and not integrated with the property.
Intervention
Cleaning work was carried out, the land was reorganized, and the space was adapted to improve its functionality.
Result
The land was left clean, organized and ready to be used as an outdoor area for the property.
Roof waterproofing
Problem
The roof had vulnerable areas that could lead to water infiltration and progressive deterioration.
Intervention
A sprayed waterproofing system was applied, creating a continuous membrane over the surface and eliminating joints and critical leakage points.
Result
The roof was sealed and protected against rain, temperature changes and material wear.
